Purpose
The purpose of Egyptfreehold.com is to provide a unique, technologically up-to-date, on-line venue where Buyers, Sellers, Renters, Agents and developers can browse for property listings.

Accuracy
Owners, property managers and/or agents are solely responsible for keeping their information displayed on  Egyptfreehold.com current and up-to-date, including, but not limited to any and all representations about the property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. Egyptfreehold.com makes no representation or warranties that any of the copy or availability information published on the website is accurate or up-to-date.

Personal Responsibility
As a potential Agent, you are urged to thoroughly investigate all statements make by property owners in their on-line property listings and/or in verbal or written correspondence.  Egyptfreehold.com exercises no control nor verification on the accuracy of any information displayed as it is not under the control of Egyptfreehold.com but provided by individual property owners and managers/agents. We encourage that you request additional photos and information. 

License and Ownership
Any and all intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property”) associated with the Egyptfreehold.com website and its contents (the “Content”) are the sole property of MedSites Company, its affiliates or third parties.   The Content is protected by copyright and other laws in both the Egypt  and other countries.  Elements of the website are also protected by trade dress, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. All custom graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the website are trademarks of Egyptfreehold.com and MedSites Company, and may not be used or interfered with in any manner without the express written consent of Egyptfreehold.com.   Except as otherwise expressly authorized by these Terms & Conditions, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of the website in any way without Egyptfreehold.com’s prior written permission.  Except as expressly provided herein, Egyptfreehold.com does not grant to You any express or implied rights to Egyptfreehold.com's or any third party's Intellectual Property.

Egyptfreehold.com grants the user a limited, personal, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to access and use only the website and its content only in the manner presented by Egyptfreehold.com. By listing their property with Egyptfreehold.com, property owners, managers and/or agents also warrant that they own, or have obtained the necessary permission to make use of the images uploaded for the showcasing of their property on Egyptfreehold.com. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egyptfreehold.com from any and all claims and suits that may arise from the unauthorized use of images by third parties.

Modifications
Egyptfreehold.com may revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  Your continued usage of the website after any changes to these Terms & Conditions will mean you accept those changes. Any aspect of the website may be changed, supplemented, deleted, updated or the whole website even terminated without notice at the sole discretion of Egyptfreehold.com.  Egyptfreehold.com may also change or impose fees for services provided through the website at any time in its sole discretion.

Restrictions on use of the website
In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, you agree that:

(a)  You shall not disguise the origin of information transmitted through the website.
(b)  You will not place false or misleading information on the website.
(c)  You will not use or access any service, information, application or software available via the website in a manner not expressly permitted by Egyptfreehold.com.
(d) You will not input or upload to the website any information which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, the website or Information or that infringes the Intellectual Property rights of another.
(e) Certain areas of the website are restricted to member customers and users of Egyptfreehold.com.
(f)  You may not use or access the website in any way that, in Egyptfreehold.com's judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the website or interferes with the ability of authorized parties to access the website.
(g)  You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any portion or aspect of the content or information displayed, without the express written consent of Egyptfreehold.com.

We keep a “clean” house...so should you
Egyptfreehold.com reserves the right to edit or delete content uploaded by property owners and managers/agents.  Any content (text, hypertext links to other websites and/or images) considered by Egyptfreehold.com to be offensive will be edited or removed, or in extreme cases, the entire listing removed. 

Payment
Payment for property listings on Egyptfreehold.com must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) by means of a valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or a PayPal account or through our company representatives.

Refund Policy
There will be no refund of fees after adding your property listing, Only a refund will be made within 24 hours after your order by email us to info@egyptfreehold.com  and no listing has been added to your account,  when you, the property owner/agent/manager, sign up with Egyptfreehold.com. Listings and Advertising are sold to run the package period published in the website effective from the time of purchase. You are paying to not only have your property listed on our website to a global audience, but you also pay to have your listing page created and your account managed. Same policy applies for listed properties which have been taken off of the rental market or have been sold. Egyptfreehold.com reserves the right to refuse any listing submitted through its on-line submission process for no reason. Refusals done ONLY on new listings upon review by Egyptfreehold.com within 24 hours from the recorded time of purchase will be eligible for a refund of paid fees.

Limitation of Liability
Egyptfreehold.com makes no guarantee that the operation of the website will be without interruption or error-free. This includes the transmission of email inquiries. In no event shall Egyptfreehold.com be held liable to the listing property owner, manager and/or agent for incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including lost profits.  In the event the operators of Egyptfreehold.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God, or negligence, neither Egyptfreehold.com or it owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated unused fees paid by the client.

Jurisdiction
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the alleged breach thereof, shall be brought before the Courts of record in Egypt- Cairo.  This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
